ComfortCare Service Plans

We offer multiple comprehensive ComfortCare heating service plans to suit your individual needs. Select the right level of service and protection you want and need, from complete 24/7 coverage protection to a single annual tune-up service to get the total peace of mind that you need, all year around.

The Bronze Plan

Includes 24-hour emergency service plus:

  • Our 19-point heating equipment tune-up
  • Basic equipment parts coverage*

The Bronze Plan provides basic service coverage with no diagnostic fees on oil burner parts and labor. Plus receive our 19-point heating equipment tune-up from March 1 to September 30.

The Gold Plan

Includes 24-hour emergency service and all other features of the Bronze level plus:

  • Expanded coverage for key distribution parts and service*

The Gold Plan offers increased coverage for hydronic boilers, warm air furnaces, and additional parts. Enjoy no diagnostic fees on covered repairs — even on weekends and holidays , plus receive our 19-point heating equipment tune-up.* (Please call to schedule your tune-up from March 1 to September 30).

The Platinum Plan

Our most comprehensive 24-hour no-heat service plan** and includes all features of the Gold level, plus all of this premium coverage:

  • Heating system replacement allowance
  • Indirect hot water heater coverage (1 unit)
  • Multi-zone heating system coverage

Additional Coverage Options

You can enjoy additional savings when you purchase the Platinum, Gold, Bronze or Copper plans:

  • Hot Water Heater Coverage
    In addition to having coverage on your home heating system, you may add coverage for your direct or indirect oil-fired hot water heater. (The Platinum Plan already includes coverage for one indirect oil-fired water heater.)
  • Multiple Unit Coverage
    If you have additional heating units on the same property, you may add this coverage to your ComfortCare plan.
  • Heating Unit Replacement Allowance
    Don’t take chances! If it’s not possible to repair your oil burning unit, Leffler Energy will install a new unit. (The Platinum Plan already includes this coverage. Boilers and furnaces 15+ years old will earn a 50% credit. Steam units and mobile home units regardless of age, receive a 50% credit. Boilers and furnaces larger than 175,000 BTU input do not qualify for this replacement allowance. Make and model of replacement unit to be selected by Leffler Energy).

*Bronze through Platinum level coverage requires unit inspection and pre-approval by our technicians. Does not include steam boilers, steam piping, hanging units, commercial units, below ground piping, auxiliary air handlers, water to air heat exchanges and any Ducane furnace.
